So I am going to start a new series which I will post every months which will be all about the things I have been loving from the month before. It could be anything from favourite beauty products too favourite book or even favourite clothing anytime just anything in general! So here's the first of my favourites hope you enjoy.
In August we went to Baracelona (there is still a holiday post coming it's just taking quite a bit of time) so some of my favourites are very holiday/summer related and I am aware it is no longer summer but some of these favourites are still worth trying, even tho it is currently pouring with rain and everyone's embracing the autumn this product is still very much something all you tan lovers MUST try!!! This is the Temple Spa lovely day it is an immediate bronzing gel, it basically is instant tan in a bottle, it is perfect for when you have either forgotten to fake tan or when you have patchy tan and a top happens to show that fabulous patchy tan but you need to run out the door, this is the product you need! A tiny bit goes a long way which is perfect if you need to top up that tan and bronzer isn't enough I just rub it in and it leaves a lovely even tan! Even over patchy tan!

Leading on to my next favourite it's the very worn and loved Revolution ultra bronze bronzer. As you can see that this is a mess I need to buy a new one and contemplated not putting it in but you can see how much I've used this. It is a matte bronzer and is just the perfect shade. I hate that really orange shade of bronze that just doesn't sit right on your skin, I much prefer that matte warming bronze that is not creamy but blends really nice and just looks warming on the skin and just looks like it's part of your skin. You can always add the highlight if you like the glow! Don't get me wrong I like to tell I've got the bronzer on but prefer it to blend in and not just look stripped on. Anyway that is far to much rambling about a blumming bronzer but it's only £3 from Superdrug and I strongly suggested you give it a try.

Moving on from summer bronzing is a book that I read on holiday, now not only does it remind me of the lovely beach on holiday but when people say they can't put a book down I always think of cause you can blumming it down but honestly I actually couldn't put it down! It was so engaging and inspiring and just beautifully written, it was very so refreshing to read a child/teenagers point of view on the issues that have and are still taking place in Afghanistan. She told the story of the incident and the normal child like situations along side each other really showing just how innocent the children are that are caught up in the war zones. I don't want to talk too much about it incase I spoil it but it honestly is such an amazing and heart reaching read that really does put the little things in life into perspective.
Moving on to my next favourite which is kind of three favourites in one but it's this pinita colada collection from the body shop. This scent just reminds me so much of our holiday!!! I have the shower gel, body scrub and body butter, I have used all my shower gel and ho

nestly body shop shower gels are great they're inexpensive and they lather so well my only compliant is that I have found it quite drying on the skin although that been said it could have just been that it's the sun that's done that. But then we have the body butter which has more than added that moisture back into my skin, it's really creamy and works into the skin really well as there's nothing worse than cream that just sits on your skin and you just can't work it. The only thing is it does take a little while to absorb into the skin but were not talking ages just a few minutes. Finally in this amazing trio is the body scrub, sometimes I fined that scrubs can be too harsh on my skin with it been a bit sensitive but this scrub is just exfoliating enough to lift of that dry/dead skin without leaving you red raw. Overall I have loved these three products, especially the scent it's just summer in a bottle

Now this next product is the Fem Rosa SHE palette from colour pop, this is the first time I have tried colorpop eyeshadows well anything to be honest, I have always heard people rave about them but with them been hard to get hold of from America I've not really ordered anything but when the palette was launched I absolutely loved the colours in it! It just looked like my fav colours in one palette. I have used this constantly since I've got it, the pigmentation of them is amazing and the glitter shades actually look stunning on the lid. They all blend like a dream and I just love them. I have actually filmed a makeup look with this palette and the matte liquid lipsticks I got too, so look of out for that.

Again I have another trio, well kind of a trio, this is the Tanya Burr lip balms. These lip balms smell amazing and are so moisturising, they leave your lips feeling fab! The green one is sweet lime pie and although the colour is off putting it actually goes onto the lips clear, the pink one is called strawberry milkshake and not only smells fab but this one is tinted with a really lovely pinky colour, it's just a really natural looking colour and finally the berry colour is called blackberry coulis, this one is again tinted with a lovely berry colour which is a great pop of colour. These are a really lovely lip option for when you have either no makeup or lots of makeup! They just look lovely especially in the heat when you aren't wearing lots of make up and just to add either that lovely sheen or a pop of colour to the lips. They also look fabulous with a full face of make up and finish off the look perfectly without having that heavy lip and worrying about it wearing off unevenly. Just the perfect alternative that are definitely worth a try.
And now my final favourite for august, well not just august all your round, but I have especially loved it this month.
This next product is again quite summery it is the Monuspa first defence after sun. I received this in my august glossy box and was a bit disappointed to be honest as I don't usually use after sun very much but we were going on holiday so though I'd take it and give it a try, I just thought after sun is after sun! Well having got burnt on the first day I gave it a try it smelt lovely but also was super moisturising and calming it really tuck the heat out of it and the reds was all calmed down the next morning! Everyone was wanting to use it as for some reasons just worked so well. Definitely worth trying although I think it's abut pricy it definitely did the trick.

This product also came in my august glossybox, glossybox is a beauty subscription service in which you get a lovely box filled with sample and full size products to try. It is a sample of the new batiste 2in1 dry shampoo with conditioner. This worked so much better than normal dry shampoo as having the conditioner seemed to just add that moisture back in as dry shampoo can be drying to not only your hair but scalp as well. Also I think it must have been improved as it didn't leave white marks so much but also lasted for a couple of days whereas sometimes dry shampoo yes gets rid of that instant greasiness it can sometimes make it worse over a few days.
This is Dual Act from Temple spa, it is a two in one cleanser which you can use wet and dry so saves you having to have two products. I use it when I'm feeling lazy with a cotton pad to remover my makeup or when I've got that bit more energy I use it with a hot flannel and both work fabulously well. This is definitely a product that everybody will love especially those with chronic illnesses like myself when sometimes just simple tasks like removing makeup is too much. It leaves your skin feeling clean and fresh and has helped clear up my skin so well! I love it so much I don't think I could live without!! Well with a little bit of product going a long way I don't think I will ever have too! I strongly suggested you all give it a try and if your interested to give me a message and I can point you in the right direction to get hold of my ABSOLUTE FAV!!!
So that is all my favourites from august! Thank you so much if you've got this far I know I can talk for England but there's just so much to say when you love things so much!! If you enjoyed hearing about my favourites be sure to come back every month to find out about some amazing products which are worth trying.
Evie xx
